I am building a website for someone and they are wanting to add a gift certificate program and I have not been able to find anything about how to add one to a website yet. Can someone please help me out with this problem ???

also, how are you trying to do it. by printing them out or send via US postal service

They would like to have it done both ways able to print it out and also able to send them by mail. I'll take a look at hotscripts.com here in a little bit.

I suggest http://www.scriptlance.com you can get anything you want customized there, I was considering adding a coupon system into my shopping cart but when I made the project I forgot to impliment that part!

well, if you are making a store, which i guess you are, if you have not gone that far, you should check out www.zen-cart.com they have an awesome shopping cart script. gift certificates come included with it, and so many more scripts, the gift certificates, are virtual, when they buy one, they are given a code, and when the code is entered into the order at the shopping cart, the amount is taken off the order. you would have to use any other program to print them though.you can check out mmy store, it is zen cart www.mundis-boutique.com. i have helped a couple of people out with theres. if you decide to do this, and need some help, contact me mundi@mundis- boutique.com
