I am working in Dreamweaver MX. When attempting to edit one link button, I type in the link, go to browse, type in the link again and hit ok. Once I hit ok, ALL of the link buttons in that file page change to become the same as the one that I am attempting to edit.

I am very new to this and I am only working to maintain my own website; however, I have added buttons before and this did not happen. I am sure that there is something or other that I am forgetting to do, but I can not figure out what it is.

Thanks!

Phil

Thanks for the reply!

The website is: www.maddoginflatables.com

Go to ' Products ' , ' Gemini ', ' Status'. That will take you to Status 480. There should be buttons there for 380 & 505. If you LC on 380 you will see the button for the 480 & 505 which is correct.

I am attempting, on the 480 page, to add the button for the 505; however, everytime that I add the button, all of the buttons change to 505.

I just replaced all of the buttons on the ' Products ' page to list them alphabetically and I added the ' Used Buttons ' and did not encounter this problem. I must be doing something wrong or omitting a step in the process.

The person who built the website is no longer doing this type of work and so I am teaching myself how to maintain the site by adding current pictures, and updating info.

I have a book entitled ' Teach Yourself Visually ' Dreamweaver MX by Janine Warner & Ivonne Berkowitz and the person who built the site has spent about an hour showing me how to do a few things.

I appreciate your help!
