Hi and Happy New Year.

Can anyone give me advice on the followign.

I am creating a form for a site incorporating the viewers details, e.g. age, address, telephone number....usual info stuff.

I am using a form that I have used in projects before and just tweaking certain information (Hah! like where it will be sent to....made that mistake before) so I have no real problems there.....My main problem is working out how to allow them to upload an image with their details and getting this sent with the form?

Is there a simple way of doing this that i am unaware of (Please say yes!!!) or, if not, could someone please direct me in the right direction?

Thanks in advance folks.

I am sure that it can be done with either CGI or PHP. It depends on what script your using/ want to use.

Wouldn't it be easier to allow the account to have a 'upload image' feature instead of the image being uploaded there and then?

if you want a script go to http://hotscripts.com . Look under PHP or CGI. But, make sure your host has support for CGI or PHP.

There are some good php script on hotscripts that will allow you to upload a picture through a browser from your desktop. Are you wanting to display the picture that they have uploaded after or just put it in a folder?

When you do find one, Just make sure that the script you use is tight. i.e can't be used to upload all sorts of other rubbish which may compromise the server and ultimately your web site..

good luck in finding one
