For some reason our earthlink.net address does not recieve an email when a php form is submitted (mail() function included)... but any other address gets a copy... Also from cpanel I tried to set up a forwarder and the address wont forward to the earthlink.net address even if i just send a simple email.
I have spoken to tech support from both earthlink and our server and both pretty much pointed at the other and said "it isn't us, must be them"
does this make sense and has anyone experienced it before??? i am boggled!
