I use Open Realy for all my real estate sites but had a client making a request for a specific kind of forclosure site that is much more basic than OR so was just wondering if someone could recommend a script so that I could easily clone this site:

Like I said, I usually use a script from open-realty.org, its a free open source script, no thieving required and I just thought maybe there was something similar I could use for this site. I saw this site and I am not sure but thought I have seem some similar scripts to this that worked for a wordpress blog. Just don't remember where so I use the forum to ask questions, isn't that what it's for ??????

So if anyone knows where I can purchase a script for something similar to this since I am just too busy to create if from scratch I will be sure to email the MOD my receipt for the purchase. Will that make you happy?

WOW!!! Sounds kind of hostile to me.... LadyNRed is very helpful on these forums and I think...99.9% of people posting asking for "clones" of anything want it for free. So maybe you should read the other posts in this forum that pertain to "clones" of sites and see what idea you come up with. If no one helps you, there's a link for google below...click it.

Ok, perhaps I got a little carried away and apologize if I offended anyone.
I really despise thieves and liars so when someone implies that I would steal anything it triggers a bit of an emotional response.

I see now that I shouldn't have used the word "clone" because I don't want to copy this site exactly, I just need the functionality and the php/mysql script so I display real estate listings, then I would create my own design.

I understood EXACTLY what you said - you said you wanted to CLONE a site, which, from my view as a web designer, is basically stealing someone else's work. I see now that you have modified what you're looking to do. We see enough people come thru here who DO want to duplicate someone else's work - hence my comment.
