Well i want to put it into 1 of my pages so i can add adverts and maybe banners around it. Hope you know what i mean lol

You can use two frames add the forum into one frame and your main page into the other where u can put advertisements

its more like tutorial so i dont think you would get anything from that

but you can easily add frames with editor like front page or Dreamweaver if u have

NO Frames. Frames are by far the worst option you can choose. PHP could probably let you input ads and such into the side parts of the site easily.
