Dreamweaver rocks! I think its CS4 now. I have always been using it to the point that I am not familiar with other HTML editors now. LOL!

Dreamweaver is also a quiet good tool for editing hmtl pages. My second choice it the frontpage.

I voted for Dreamweaver because it is very easy to use and it has many advanced features. It has a split screen and it usually doesn't change code around and add useless stuff. It has a nice Find/Replace features which will take care of everything in that page, or in a group of files or a whole directory even.

TextWrangler. Great text editors are the best choices for web design, especially good software written for OS X.

I'd go with Dream weaver since it corrects you if you make a mistake or helps you if you don't remember a commend. Other then that, I also love using notepad its so easy and simple to use.

Aptana Studio is the way to go. It's built off of eclipse, so you know it has to be good. Integrated FTP and SFTP support, syntax highlighting, plugins (like for Adobe AIR and Ruby on Rails), and more features than you knew you needed!

for me the best HTML editor is the DreamWeaver. because i am more familiar on DreamWeaver than other HTML editor.

I pretty much hate dreamweaver where I love using Notepad++, so that would be a vote for text-editors for me.

I use E text editor, it is like text mate but for the PC.

I also like to use Notepad ++.

I have dreamweaver CS4 but it is just to distraction for me.
I like just raw code and I don't need a fancy editor for that, just something that organizes it neatly so it can easily be read by myself and others.
