well i kinda wanted to post first here too

here are some newsletter sites that i use anyways...

www.topica.com <---very good email list, i forgot though how many subscribers you can have before its not free.

www.constantcontact.com <---this is my recommendation, very very easy to use, provides newsletter templates and all. A 4 year old can make a newsletter
also very professional.

I know the guy who made it and its a very powerful script. Used it a bit myself in the past. Very good if you have more than one list.
