Either of them can be an option but the second one looks more formal and attractive in the eyes. Also, if you will really put "Official Website" on the title, it is not really necessary unless that is really a company or a celebrity name with many similar names listed as domain.

website is always official.
yes if you have competitor and tries to mischief you then it is possible.
it could happen always with small companies,
not with large companies.
google or microsoft will write that microsoft official website.
