You could send them an email and tell them that your policies have changed, and in place of having YOUR content on THEIR website - you could work out something where they LINK to your site to read the article. Otherwise, kindly remove your content from the pages within XX days. Nice, to the point, but firm. Hey these guys are STEALING from you.
The good guys will work with you, the bad guys won't. When you know who the bad guys are, spend a hundred bucks to have your attorney come up with a letter you can send them - AND to their ISP. I believe it's called "theft of services" or something like that. A few years ago we had someone do something similar on our business website. It was a strong enough letter that they took the content off.
