Hi guys,

not sure if this is the right section for this but couldn't decide where else to post it, basically i'm looking for a free website monitoring tool to record the length of time a visitor stays on a given page, can this be done?

I know there are tools for recording visitors, what keywords they use to find your site etc but can you record how long a visitor stays on a page for?

Our company used WebTrends for about 7 years, on our corporate sites and for all our clients, and it was ok - but expensive and frankly full of too many options. About 2 years ago we started using Google's Analytics, and liked it so much, we actually incorporated it into our CMS for all our clients. It's an amazing service! Great online resources, tutorials, tips, and as LadynRed pointed out - you can't beat the price!

Both LadynRed and staydoggy gave the right answer of your Question. You have to use Google Analytics, it'll give you all things. I also use Google Analytics for my Website and got maximum results.
