You have a good start. What are you trying to accomplish?

I'd recommend making a list of exactly what you want your site to accomplish. Who do you want to visit it? In order, what are the most important things for visitors to see? What can be categorized together? When you start thinking in this mindset, the design itself becomes a little clearer.

It looks like you're trying to make a type of technology blog, which can be an overwhelmingly large subject. Rather than including all of your categories from the beginning, I'd suggest adding them gradually as you get content. Start out small and you might find it's a lot easier to manage and focus.

Considering you're new at this - using a template isn't a bad way to start. However, you should align your text to the left instead of centered ( text-align: left; ).

I agree completely with VirtuosiMedia - you're probably struggling because you want to do too much too soon. Start small. Keep it simple. You can't run until you learn to walk, right?

Build a really small site and tweak it until it's perfect. Once you master the small site, then try your hand at a larger site. When you see these really big sites, they are done by people who have been building websites for many years.
With that being said, DO NOT QUIT - you're obviously on the right track. Just step back, take a breather and OUTLINE what you want your website to do.
If you think of your website as one great big giant outline, you'll do just fine!

You have quite a nice design concept with the space imagery. However, it might be a good idea to superimpose some technology photos on top so that people can see at a glance what type of site you have - a picture is worth a thousand words and all that.

I would say that you also need a few pictures of technology in the content to grab attention. Possibly also use headers and paragrpahs to break that text up - the home page has a long off-putting paragraph.

That said, a good start.

hmmm.....i got a new problem now...i accidently delete my web data on my server...and now after i finished rebuild my web but totally with a new content of my web...and the problem is..when i search my web on google...the result is my outdated web pages...i try to delete the url but it still no diffrent with the search engine result...

Why don't you build your website with some website building software. You can get a guide on how to build a business website with one of the softwares from: www.18minutewebsite.com. But the guide might not be for the kind of website you want but you can always check it out.

What did you expect ? It takes TIME for Google to re-index and for cached pages to be replaced. You can't expect that to happen in days or even weeks, depending on how often your site is crawled.

I think you have done your work pretty good. Now LOL what do you want from your site? It's great one. It's theme is greatest and specially the Navigation that you made is tremendous. But one thing is little wrong, change your Banner and put a stylish one in place of previous one.

Black background is common but elegant, usually a web designer don't just create a simple background. Try to visit online tutorials to enhance your designing skills like tutorializeddotcom.

Nice Layout, but you have quite a few spelling mistakes which makes your site look amateurish.

I will give you some examples.

Softwares - there is no such word. In English, Software is singular and plural.
The same with Hardwares. Change these to Software and Hardware.

well first the title of the site is currently big and it wasn't align and the spacing is also big. Try to make the font of the title or the logo of the site small. and another thing your contents I'm confused on what you are trying to put. Just focus on one topic.
