Hope this is the right place to ask this question; does anyone use Act!6 or 2000? I bought this software and am now faced with the prospect of going to classes to learn it, hiring a professional consultant to get it to a stage I can manage it, or hiring them on a retainer basis to keep it going for me, if I don't do it myself. My website contains some 500 company links that I need to "data mine". Any advice on this or any other contact management software? thanks, Greg

Interact is supposed to be one of the best contact management tools. There is a lot to learn with it.

Good luck with learning it. I don't have any great advice about learning it. I know the classes were expensive to learn it with Lotus Notes, but they were good classes (if you have the money for it).

Hopefully, someone here will have some good advice for you.
