I have developed a handy tool for any web designer/developer.
It allows you to overlay PNG/JPG/BMP files over the entire screen so you can check artwork matches on ANY browser.
You can drag the image anywhere, and nudge it into place using the arrow keys.
You can also hide it easily for quick tweaks, without messing with fiddly controls.
It also features a handy pixel ruler to measure the horizontal/vertical distance between any two points on screen.
I'm going to offer it for free online, but before I put it "out there" I'd like a closed group to try it out, if anyone's interested?
