I have a couple of domains and want to develop them into minisites to increase their value.

I've heard so much about wordpress but setting up and running wordpress in linux is a bit of effort (in fact, most of things in linux is a bit of effort compare to windows environment)

Therefore, I'm looking for an free easy online site builder which requires minimal learning curve.

I look around and find some candidates: webnode.com, synthasite.com, tumblr.com, doctopus.com, officialsitebuilder.com

tumblr.com currently can't have comment section so I think it's out. But how about the rest?

What are pros and cons of each one? What do u think best suitable for a domainer not wanting to get hands too dirty?

There are a few website builders available
I suggest you use an html editor to build your site [it's ridiculously easy] and then upload using filezilla

If you visit free html editor you will see a site that I built using an html editor

I use www.webs.com although I use the paid version, there is also a free version, that I assume is just as good!

I had to use webnode for a couple of months for a client, and found it very lacking. One problem was, there was no way to create a "copy" of the first site you set up, in order to build upon it, or have a test version. Many other issues.
Sorry to be negative without offering a good alternative.

Here's an idea: if you don't have access to a Linux server (or just refuse to work with one); why don't you just set up a WP blog at WordPress.com, and then- on your site- link to the blog that's hosted on WordPress.com ?

That's what I was going to say. As far as using the easiest thing (CMS). I would go with wordpress. Look at it this way, you only have to install once.
