Hi, I run a few sites and I am in need of a decent php developer to undertake some work for me. Anyone have any advice on the best way to go about this? any websites I can use? or can you recommend someone?

Yes, You can easily find them on freelancing sites! PHP takes a lot of time to learn but it's the best thing if You learn it!

go to the forums for that open source application there will be plenty of php programmers there with free advice, beta testing comments, and bug fixes. Not a bad way to start a relationship......
