i useto be really intrested and invloved with webdesign and graphics, but i was probally 14 or 15 at the time i am now 19 and im trying to pick up a new hobbie (instead of drinking and partying all the time) ive gotta stay out of trouble so im attempting my return into this world

HELP ive got a website i designed for a ladie i usto work for and i need coding help or if someone could code it for me i will pay them... whats a reasonable price for someone to code the layout im making? and is anyone up for the challenge?

You can do it yourself, you just need to figure out exactly what you want done. What language you want it coded in, what server it'll be running on (operating system / webserver software / database software), what exactly you want the functionality of the website to do, etc.

Then start searching. If you don't know what to search for, post on here what you're trying to do and we'll help you figure out the words to search for to find what you need for how to do it.

We'll all be glad to help you, it may seem daunting at first, but it's not actually that bad.

I'd say that doing it yourself isn't too hard, although I haven't seen what you plan to code. I suggest that you get every conceivable book out of your local library, or, failing that, pick up one or two key books that I'd recommend that I have compiled a list of here:

One thing that getting someone else to code is is it is very expensive, particularly if you don't have an idea yourself. Get as much done that you can, ask the odd question, buy the odd book, and I reckon you'd halve your cost. And gain the respect of anyone you hire.

Haha. I'm sure there are plenty of freelancers on this forum, so the marketplace is a good place to start. (Or you could try emailing people?) If you're thinking about specializing in an area, then go for it, and find a coding or design partner. Any of your friends enjoy the internet too?

Or you could outsource. (pay someone to do it) If you form a partnership, then you'll probably get a discount/steady rate on the coding/design.
