I was wondering I seen a cool site with rollover pictures. I am still new to this an was wondering if this was a frontpage/dreamweaver feature or a 3rd party program that would let us do this to our site.
On that particular site they're using a javascript function that is part of DW, but you don't need DW or JS to achieve that.
