Hi everyone, i have an idea for a site but i think it is way beyond my capabilities. Right now i run a forum using vbulletin that i set up myself however this one i am planing is way more involved. So i wanted to know if you think it would be best for me to contact out the work on creating this new site???

Also, i wanted to know if anyone had any awesome references for website design companies? Looking for someone who knows php and is good with graphic design.

Outsourcing can always be a good plan, especially if you don't have the time to design a full website yourself. If you feel you don't have the necessary skills, then outsourcing is a must - although it may get costly.

My suggestion would be to check out the "Marketplace" sections of various forums; there's always quite good website designers around who can do good designs for $50 (give or take $15 from that).
