I like to use a little bit of flash but not too much because it can kill the site also too much flash isn't good for seo

No!

With flash, only use it where you need to use flash to get the desired effect. Avoid using it for repeating animations and link hovers that can be done with css and images. It is also very bad for seo.

Content is the King.
Off-the-Page and On-the-page SEO.

Get a good links from Quality and related websites.
That is the key for getting traffic.

For me, if the site is a web design company, putting some flash designs would be really important to present all creative and innovative designs and works of the company. But if it's not, try to put only a little flash designs to make the site more lively and attractive.

Flash build websites are indeed very good looking, but they raise problems with SEO.

I think HTML sites are better.

Some Flash is not bad for the site. It makes it more 'live'. It is good to put more text but not too much.

I dont like flash, unless its just for the logo or something.
Start with html, add css, and then add whatever stuf like flash and javascript you want, to make it look nicer for the people that have those installed.

I like to keep a balance of flash elements and standard graphics within the HTML framework. I probably overdo it but I am an old fart - it's like teaching an old dog new tricks. Creating an entire website in flash is a big no no if you expect to draw any search engine traffic...

I use a hybrid of flash (imagery) and html. My sites are search engine friendly but are attractive. I will also dress up the content with support imagery and attractive font styles.
