Hi,
Hope this is the right place for my question. I set up a Sign-up box on the home page of my website for my newsletter, doing a 60 day trial with Constant Contact. The only problem I have had is when you enter your email address in the box and hit "Go" and confirm you want to be sent the newsletter, then return to the website, the email address is still displayed in the box. Obviously this is not a good thing, the box should be clear when you return. I contacted Constant Contact and they suggested this:
I request you to please clear the cookies for your website and check if the email address still appears in the signup box after it has been submitted. For instructions on how to clear your web browser's cache, please follow the instructions provided below:
1. Click Tools and select Options.
2. Click the Privacy icon.
3. Click Clear Now in the Private Data area.
4. Click OK.
5. Exit and relaunch the browser.
I use Firefox 2. I tried doing what they suggested but still have the problem. Anyone have any suggestions ? Thanks in advance, Mickmac
