I have been working on websites for quite some time now.
But most of my work till date has involved static webpages.
Not worked a lot with forms.

So ppl I need help...
I need to design a contact form. The HTML code is not a problem. Problem is the action tag....
I have only webspace, no phpsupport or anything. Just webspace. Now how can I make a form which ppl can feed data and the data will be available for my client. Like maybe sent to him by email.

Without server support? I suppose you could have it e-mailed to the client through html.

The client also has an email id...on that server...
i mean...for ubconsultant.com..she has an email account on the server(no idea which email server)...info@ubconsultant.com

without server side code you are limited to using mailto: and opening the users email client (if they have one setup).

That was what I was thinking...
Ohk...anyways for my knowledge...if I have serverside support...how can I go about it....So what I need is...

A Contact Page.....from where the information entered will be sent as a mail to a specific email id!

Well, basically, you need a form for users to put the information in and some server side code in whatever your server supports, to collect the information and send the email.

Creating a form is not a problem...
Say the server supports both ASP and PHP....what next?
What would be the server side code??

Then you can use either.

Use Google for more ASP & PHP ones, there are thousands of examples.
