If you want a business that people can find on the web, do NOT make your site all Flash, the search engines cannot 'read' it.

Agreed. Best to create a site in html, css, etc. You can use Flash within the html, but an all Flash site is likely going to have problems unless you have a lot of money to promote it.

Flash is a major no if you want to get attention from search engines. Get a site up thats xhtml/css and if you cannot do it yourself, pay someone to design and develop it. You can find somebody to do it for fairly cheap.
