I me new user here, and want to build my own site, i dont have any know how to star, but i m struggling to do so, could any one suggest me,

what to do for making a good site.

Any book or tutorial or anything by using that i could make a good site.

Please tell me where to start with.

What kind of site are you looking to start?
If you want a blog head over to wordpress or blogger and you can sign up for a free account. Have a play around and set up a free blog. That will give you a good start of how a blog works.

If you want to create your own site I recommend you learn some basic html, a great site is http://www.htmldog.com

If that is too much effort have a look for a free template that you can edit. But still some HTML knowledge would be helpful.
