I do all sorts of programming, and lots of other people here do too. I think the first question is, what do you mean by web 2.0? The original use of that term (and what a lot of people still mean by web 2.0) is clientside communication with the server using a technology similar to AJAX (asynchronous javascript and xml) so that there isn't page reloading between every action.

But a lot of people nowadays use it to mean all sorts of different things, unfortunately. So what do you mean when you say that? Just a dynamic, up-to-date design that looks smooth and is easy to use or what?

Yeah, what you said you basically got it on the dot. Just a nice smooth design, all I need is the tempalte design - that's it. No coding.

There are lots of free designs at Open Source Web Design - Download free web design templates.. If you really want something that stands out (which I recommend), then you should pay a designer to do a custom design that fits with your site name for branding purposes. Will cost you at least $500 minimum to get a good job done most likely.

Yeah, I am looking for unique.. As my site is Ninja themed, i've never really stumbled upon a good ninja theme that I liked.

Well, i'm not looking for anything too expensive - The job is very easy. The layout is already set, just need a redesign.
