Hi all, Me and my Colleague Luke are looking for a PHP coder to join on our team, Who knows what he/she is doing, we are currently working on a High Profile website at the moment and we do need some advanced coders who can work with MySQL and PHPMyAdmin, and who can code member login scripts from scratch along with a user & messaging system etc.

Hate to burst your bubble but I doubt any experienced PHP prpgrammers will take on your offer. Sure, some new pogrammers might contact you and offer their services but few knowledgeable types will be tempted to "work for nothing until the business flies and then I'll get paid". It just doesn't happen that way.

If I may offer some advice, do not just jump in a forum and post a "we need a partner bla bla bla get rich with us bla bla bla" story and hope someone with extraordinary skills will come out of the woodwork. For one thing, you do not give enough details as to what you need. Expand on the requirements, provide examples, show potential "partners" how they'll get paid/make money.

Then perhaps people will PM you will offers.
