Need opinions on my forum design!

Hey guys i'm looking for opinions on my site http://www.webdesign-market.com It's designed by forummonekys and i'd appreciate feedback.

Hey, Gatt. I'm designer and think that it's really good. I like it because of 2 reasons.
#1 Design is clean and soft
#2 I like navy + orange

Some small changes
#1 I think you should make main font color darker so it will be easy to read. Not black but close to it. Also you can make font +1 size
#2 You can add some custom mods like earnersforum did so guests can easily see recent post and so on....
#3 create you unique favicon.ico

But overall looks really great and easy to use. I wish you good luck with your forum.

Does no body else find it ironic that the developer of a web design website gets a premade template for their website?

No. Seems to be inline with the "market place" part...

I think the site is targeting "sell and buy" of web designs, not the design process itself.

Not really, We are discussing web design / development AND buying/selling/trading. This doesnt mean I or the other staff have to be a designer. We can just be professional coders. Owning a forum doesnt mean you need to design a skin. My objective is not to make the best skin ever but it's to have a sucessful forum for the members to enjoy.

Reminds me of sitepoint for some reason, but I'm half colorblind so don't mind me. Overall I really dig it, nicely done.
