What are people views on setting up a site like this? Would it be useful or is the market saturated with them?

there are a handful of paid forum posting site and of course random people out their who just post for $.1~$.2 a pieces

IMO the best post are posted by people who aren't paid

that's true, because if you're paid to post, you want to get it over with and get to somebody else's site that paid you. if you aren't getting paid, you feel like you can take your time and make more quality posts since you aren't being pressured to post.
