I saw this in another post at a forum and I thought that I would share it,
since this is a free countdown clock and it looks so cool and great.
It really spices up your site..

Have you browsed thru the gallery ?
you can see alot of different versions there and you can make pretty much all the changes you want if you download it ( I think )

There are plenty of count downs, ups, clocks, and more at:

They are written in Javascript, so they are more compatible than Flash.
