URL doesn't work for me... Assuming that your site is a collection of forums, I'd second what Oliver already said (that advice is good for ANY web site), and second I would say "contact owners of forums in the same subject area and are starting out / struggling, and start cross posting. Make an arrangement with the other forum owners to post in each others forums." Being at the top of the search engines is fine and dandy, needed. But, people will not sign up to your forums if they are empty and the less posts you have the less pages to be found by others.
