Do you submit your site to directory? If yes, do you mind whether or not the directory is search engine friendly or not?

Yes, I submit my sites to directories, focusing on the non-reciprocal ones first. I do not usually care whether it is SEO friendly or not, I usually use them to build backlinks.

You don't get backlink if the link look like go.php?id=123

I don't recall seeing any directories that looked like that. Usually just an index.html page, not containing php or something similar.
