Does anyone know of a feature with Dreamweaver where it tracks the time you spending on work on a website? I would like to keep track of time spent developing on websites.

No, DW has no such feature, but you might try something like this:

Couldn't you use the check in / check out feature and track this by viewing the .LCK file?

I understand that's not what it's meant for but it should log who is editing what files and when.
