Are you asking where we get our ideas from or what tools we use to make the site?

What tools...like do you use html to make the template or are there programs? Thanks

depends on what you are making a template for.

From another thread you are using HTML-Kit so I would say HTML, CSS and for graphics Photoshop for starters.

I am making a template for my website.....do i just set a background image but have the image be a website template? Check out my website in my sig....i like that template but it was pre-made by website tonight so i cannot put anything on the sides or make it wider.

Create your graphics separately in photoshop and position them using html and css, really easy to make a static site. Background colour/image should really be separate to your main images. Then position your text. Read the w3 schools stuff then have a look at how other sites use their code and that should give you a good idea.
