ok, i am a noob in most areas of programming just to let u know right off the bat. I have a solid graphics menu with about 6 button graphics in an html css page. The effect I want is when the user mouses over the 'menus' button the other 3 images i have made to go right below it will appear(they are graphics-buttons). My question is which program can do this for me? I've googled and found a few lengthy tutorials on how to do it by coding it in. I've tried with dreamweaver but I can't get it (maybe there is a way though). Is there a program that can handle building a graphical menu, with sub graphics buttons dropping down off of it? What's my best approach at this since I'm not that far advanced yet to program it?

The only programs that I know of that will do it would make it in Javascript, out of two images. The problem with that would be the lag while the server is downloading the images. If you want to do the double-images put together, then you're going to have to follow those tutorials and code it yourself.
