A tutorial for this type of site?

If I copy and paste the source code into dreamweaver its goes all over the place when I view the site. I would like to be able to build sites like this but not sure how they are built.

Also if I wanted a tutorial of a site like this to display on a site how much would you charge?

That site is designed with CSS, so unless you also copy the CSS files, just copying the code will get you something messy looking.
