Remote server access is not permitted for my hosting a/c , this is very bad ? (eg. from dreamweaver,...etc)
I find difficult to work with css styles in layout design, well what is the best TABLES or CSS in layout ?
What do you mean by "remote server access"
I know what I would mean, but possibly you are referring to something else

I mean using dreamweaver or mysql downloadable tools/programs[eg "mysql query browser",...] to perform database actions remotely from the application ... or dmwr to make database applications ?
I must change hosting or what phpMyAdmin (webbased) can do is enough ?
Tables for layout is NOT the way to go. Tables are meant for TABULAR DATA, they always have been. CSS for layout is the preferred way to go and will save you a LOT of time in site maintenance.
