I have to say I don't recognize myself into that.
From my perception:
1)Increase the IE part by 2,
2)replace the firefox javascript by Safari (Curse you Apple and your "null variable at line 0" error!)
3)remove the "making w3c compliant" (I do it from the start, no need to spend more time on it)
4) drop the css vs table part.

Yeah, I didn't create the chart, I think it is a year or two old, not sure, but it was meant to be humorous. Maybe some of the portions could be updated to apply to today's complaints and issues in web design.

I think that graph represents an amateur web designer.

I spend at least half my time on developing business model and the processes. Coding is easy once you know what you are going to code

Yeah if you're an accomplished coder then the graph isn't accurate, for a lot of people though endless bugs and hacks do take up a lot of time. It all makes me very glad that I generally design the visual parts and then work with a developer.

Actually, I'd include part of the time swearing in "trying to explain why the site didn't look as it should in client's machine, because they are running an outdated system with an ancient browser" and "client want us to build it such that it looks nice in his outdated browser"

*hits head on wall*
