Dreamweaver has stopped updating all other pages that where created by the template. It was working at the start but I created another template and now it is not working. Anybody know what might be causing this?

cos when u created another template you will have to update the "pages" which were created using the old template..

then it will automatically do it provided the editable zones match properly.

I deleted the first template and the pages that were attached to that template.

Know all the pages that are attached to the new template will not update. It goes to update the pages but come back with 0 files updated. It works on other sites that I have.

recreate the site cache..

sometimes it happens..

does the files are in a site? dreamweaver has the site building facility.. i guess u know that..

also.. modify the template and save it.. it should ask if you want to update the linked pages.. if it doesnt then the template is not linked with the pages..

to test if the files are linked, open a linked html file and see the top part of the html code.. it should tell you which template is being used. and also check the linking code there whether it points to the proper location..

let know
