Hi everyone,
I'm making a website for some people, and one of my clients said that when a link opens in a new window and he doesn't close it and goes back to the original page, nothing happens when he clicks on the next link. (This is because the links after that open in the window which he put back, so he can't see them and thinks nothing happened.)
I've tried many things, like the javascript function blur() and giving each window a new name, but he still says it doesn't work.
Any other suggestions on this?

Thanks,
Melike

The error is between the keyboard and the chair.

Seriously, though...what browser is this? IE? Have you been able to recreate the problem on another browser/computer? What are you using as your TARGET? Have you tried using TARGET="_blank"?

I have had this happen on some sites that I visit. You might try forcing the popup window to open full screen (yeah I hate it when someone takes control of my browser too). This way the only option available is to close the popup before going further into the site.
Its far from the correct answer Im sure, but it may relieve you of the repeating error between the seat and the keyboard
I am looking forward to a more complete answer to be delivered , so I can learn too...
