Kid, you need more help than you realize. Web design isn't just a matter of "draw a pretty picture and then the rest takes care of itself". 95-98% of it is the code, contrary to what most graphic artists and Macromediadobe types will tell you.
Like LNR said, you're going to have to take yourself to school and learn of the ways of (X, ideally)HTML and CSS. This is where the real work is done. And my friend, it won't be easy. It takes years, and you'll still find yourself learning stuff (the great ones always learn.)
What you COULD do...and this is a very short term measure...is to use ImageReady (it comes with Photoshop) to slice up your layout and let it generate the code for you. However, this will NOT, repeat NOT, a third time NOT serve you in the long run, since ImageReady (like most WYSIWYG editors) generates a bucketload of HTML monkey crap. Hand coding = only way to fly.
