Any good guides out there for this? I'm talking like, how much should you charge, how should you have clients pay, marketing, etc etc

If you are more starting out, you will need to start out with lower prices, and make your main goal to produce highly satisfied customers, and build a portfolio. If you do that part right, you can charge a lot more.

Never go out and say "we're really cheap" because later it'll be harder to raise them again. Sell what you can do, not your price.

Don't try to go to fast, start by doing your reputation.

I suggest to build a strong and beautifull folio, so people can see your work. Do you know what would be best for a starter? Start by giving quality free templates, so people can see how good you are, after that clients are gonna come to you like a fly in a summer day .

For pricing, what a rude question? i will say it depend on your talent, normally the minimum that designer charge is about 150$ for a day of work. So it is depend on you, but like i said start by doing your reputation 1st and all gonna be easy.
