I need people to rank this site with a ranking scale from 1 to 10

I'll rate it 6 as it needs some improvements...

For example...

It would look good if for the navigation buttons if you create a mouseover effect

Also on 'The Crew' page i suppose the links of the people should be email links... if so you need to link them mailto:whoever@domain.com as they are currently linked incorrect and you just get an error page

not bad, I give it a 5/10, i agree about the rollover on the menus

in the center column of the page add a little more cell padding, on pages like the about us page, the text is too close the edges and looks a little awkward.

Can we get a Mod to move this thread to the Site Reviews / Suggestions Area?
