I need a website. A really simple one. It would have a main page, a contact us page and maybe a third page for something else. I want to be able to upload .pdf files and slightly change the content from time to time. No need for special graphics. Just a nice background and some pictures here and there. I dont have a lot of money to spend on this, so i want to hear suggestions. I would be also interested if someone wanted to build a site for me for free and add an ad or signature so that he can advertise his work at my site. PM me.

Are you sure you don't want to build the site yourself in a site builder? There are many ones and web hosts often include these with plans. This would be cheap and you need to pay for hosting anyway if you want a site.

Whatever you do, I recommend you use a site building tool rather than web design - web designers tend to be expensive (up to £50/$100 per hour!)
