$48 / year is worth?
As the title says, I'm finally confident enough to offer something I've been working on for a while. I've been at the
Adsense game for a while now. My main aim has always been to be able to make a large number of sites that can generate a small but dependable income without much work.
In Contrast to a lot of advice I've been given I've managed to do this , Yes i know it does not sound like much but when you multiply the results across several niches they can generate a comfortable income from
Adsense or Affiliate's. My average stats across my network of sites is 10.71% CTR, and an average Click value of .23c - I get many $1 - $1.90 clicks.
Basically what I'm offering is site creation in large numbers. You will give me a niche and I will:
1.) Research the keyword
2.) Build a custom template to achieve a good CTR (10% ish)
3.) Build the site and populate it with current News and RSS
4.) Add Unique text with a Keyword relevancy of 5-7% for EACH Keyword
5.) Send you a ZIP file for you to upload to the domain of your choice
At this point I won't need to know your domain name, but If you are ready to reveal it to me I will also add in another service... I will guarantee to get you indexed in Google in 7-15 days (Usually its around 8 days - It has been for over 1000 of my own sites)
This service is optional and if you don't feel comfortable revealing your domain you do not have too - although after you deal with me a few times I'm certain trust will not be an issue.
Now, in order for this to be feasible for me I have to place a minimum on the amount of sites I build for any single niche. For myself I always make at least 50 sites of any niche once I have identified it as profitable with a good click value. This minimum will apply to any of my potential customers. With this in mind I have put the following packages together.
Package 1 All for a single Niche
50 Sites - $2.75 each
75 Sites - $2.50 each
100 Sites - $2.00 each
If you want to cover more than one niche I suggest you first try out a single niche and then after we have worked together we can discuss doing more.
As I said earlier, All of the sites I have made for myself are indexed and get organic traffic within 2 weeks of being indexed. The norm is that after around 8 weeks the income starts to go beyond $5 per month although I have many that shoot way further but I'd rather not promise the exception. The average across the board is around $50 approx per year, now if you've got 1k - 2k of sites sitting a Baby Croc hostgator plan at $12 a month it's pretty good money, oh and as for
adsense, I've had the
adsense team on my sites about 5 times now ( I emailed them so they could check them out) they had not problems with them at all.
Although they are MFA's they do not look crappy, just simple websites that serve a common purpose. and one last thing, a week ago I tried a little experiment and took one of my domains that gets around 50 uniques a day (2 months old and NO link building was done to it) I re-directed traffic to an affiliate page selling male enhancement products... I did 2 sales in 5 days earning me $88 - not bad i think.
Anyone in the
adsense game could buy the software I've got and DIY for maybe $1k tops, but I'm looking for people that simply don't have the time to do the meager tasks themselves - sorta like me
I know I haven't ever sold on NP before so I'm ready to take offers on a minimal deposit and get paid on delivery to ensure to all of you that I'm not in this to con anyone.

delivery times - well, depending on how busy we get, I can do 50 sites in a day or two and 75 - 100 in about 4 days to max. 1 week.
