is this a private label content?
meaning --- can i resell, rebrand, change, sign these recepies?

I bought this DB from you a few weeks ago, and at the time you said you are selling 10 copies only I believe. At the time of purchase your site said you had 8 remaining, and I bought a copy, so 7 remaining and now you site shows you have 9 remaining... any explanation or have you ripped me off?

I also notice the entire recipe collection matches the recipes found here: http://enhanced-recipes.tastingmenu.com/ the big difference being the versions found on this site contain more info for each recipe than your found in your DB, did they take the recipes from you or did you take the recipes from them? And if you took it from them, you have rights to sell it yes? And if they took the recipes from you how come theirs have more detail?

I want to use this DB for a site but am now not sure of the legality of it, please confirm.

What is the format of the database? do you have samle dump and can i see the db structure
