526,000 OPT In Emails For Sale..

These emails were purchased from a business that was going out of business
As far as I know I'm the only person with this list.

It is email only, for people who signed up for promotional offers and a newsletter, for a technology based website

It is legal for you to mail these.. as long as you allow them to OPT OUT such as putting at the bottom 'To remove you're self from our mailing list please email remove@website.com'

There are only 8 copies of this list on sale
you cannot resell.

Price is $50

Please PM me for payment details.
Thanks

Was there any need for that post?

This list is built up from a small network of technology sites where people subscribed to the news letters / promotional offers..

It is not spam if they opt-in,
So before you flame i suggest you get your facts straight

Speaking of getting facts straight, people opted in to a company that you said no longer exists. People never opted in to get spammed by the people you sell your lists to.

Again, if you'd like to make sure people remember never to have anything to do with your web site, buy this spam list.

The site did not state that their e-mails would not be sold, hence how i got them..

there is nothing illegal here, the people signed up for what they will be receiving..

Stop trying to ruin peoples auctions and mind your own business.

So, for anybody who's actually thinking about spending money to make everyone hate your web site and refuse to ever do business with you, the above quote makes it pretty clear that these aren't "opt-in" spam lists by any stretch of the word.

To InfoH, I have nothing against you personally, I just don't want to see you trick some poor newbie into spamming. But please be aware that when you post an offer in a public forum, it might be discussed by members of that forum. Especially when you make such an immoral offer.

What is immoral about this?

And it is NOT spamming..
the owners of the email's DID opt in..
there was no guarantee that their emails would not be sold..

so this is not spam..
