Sorry to say but this is not specific answer. Either you should not put that message and tell the buyer that they can't use those pictures or you should give them copyrights and more over moral rights to use the picture lot.

Pictures are extracted from free sites, but im not sure 100% if images are free.
Internet has billions of pictures. How can i know if that are copyrighted?

Internet also have lots of information, articles and other images that does not predict that anyone can use them freely without the permission of the actual owner. For your reference on copyright, please check this site http://www.whatiscopyright.org/
