A rebranded version means that you will get the complete source code, the GUI will have changes to include your own graphics and logos, will have a new name, and will point to your website.
We only sell one copy of each of our product as we do not want to dilute the value and create much competition for ourselves. Also the purchaser will not be allowed to resell the source code, or to resell rebranded versions of the product, he will only be able to sell the product to end users.
