The price is for single domain, the version of your choice.
The script shows results from alltheweb. the results are not database driven its their results. There is no API coded, just install the database and import SQL file. The site is child friendly, you can take away the "bad word list" but its defaulted that you could feel good about a 6 YO using it.
The site is mostly to drive traffic to your other sites via the three ads on the results pages. Many are putting google ads on it, but that (i believe) is against their TOS.
