A friend of mine is trying to upload a site using a mac. He used iWeb to create his site, but is having difficulties uploading the site. What is another way he can upload the site?

I am using a pc, and can get onto the ftp without a problem.

it takes the user name, but not the password.

check the password or try another one...

He has tried everything. He downloaded firezilla. Still gives him the same error. I reset the password, and everything.

have you tried using passive mode?

Please make sure that the username he is using has the appropriate permission to upload the content to the site.

Given the bit in BOLD I think we can safely assume that this IS the case!

He has all the permissions and everything. But it just worked for him all of a sudden. Not sure what he did to it. Thanks for the help.
